1. Scope of Services

Schoenlein Cleanout & Removal LLC provides professional junk removal and hauling services for residential and commercial customers. Services include, but are not limited to, the removal of:
  • Household furniture such as sofas, chairs, tables, and beds
  • Appliances including refrigerators, ovens, washing machines, and dryers
  • Yard waste such as branches, leaves, and landscaping debris
  • Construction and renovation debris
  • General household or commercial clutter
The company does not accept or remove the following items:
  • Hazardous or toxic materials
  • Chemicals, solvents, or industrial waste
  • Biohazardous or medical waste
  • Explosives, flammable materials, or ammunition
  • Any materials prohibited under applicable laws
All services are subject to safety conditions and accessibility. The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or impractical.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

Pricing for services may be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to:
  • Volume of junk (space occupied in the truck)
  • Weight of materials
  • Labor time required
  • Type of materials being removed
  • Distance or travel requirements
Quotes provided prior to service are estimates only and may be adjusted upon on-site inspection. Final pricing will be communicated before completion of the job. Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Failure to make timely payment may result in additional charges, including late fees or legal action.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Customers are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation or no-show fee. The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, staffing shortages, or emergencies.

4. Access & Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that:
  • Items for removal are clearly identified and ready for collection
  • Safe and unobstructed access is provided to the service location
  • Any necessary permits, permissions, or parking arrangements are secured
If items are not readily accessible or require additional effort (e.g., stairs, tight spaces, heavy lifting), additional charges may apply.

5. Liability Limitations

The Company shall not be liable for:
  • Pre-existing damage to property or premises
  • Minor or incidental damage resulting from normal service operations
In the event of damage directly caused by the Company, liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the service. The Company is not responsible for items removed in error unless such items were clearly identified and excluded prior to removal.

6. Prohibited / Hazardous Materials Clause

The Customer agrees not to include hazardous or prohibited materials in items designated for removal. Such materials include, but are not limited to:
  • Asbestos
  • Toxic chemicals
  • Fuel or petroleum products
  • Medical or biological waste
The Customer is solely responsible for disclosing any potentially hazardous materials. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service, additional fees, or legal liability.

7. Ownership & Right to Dispose

The Customer represents and warrants that they are the lawful owner of all items to be removed or have full authority to dispose of such items. Upon removal, ownership of all items transfers to the Company. The Company reserves the right to determine the method of disposal, including recycling, donation, resale, or landfill disposal.

8. Damage Waiver / Indemnification

The Customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
  • Breach of these Terms & Conditions
  • Failure to disclose hazardous materials
  • Lack of proper ownership or authorization
This clause shall survive the completion of services.

9. Environmental & Disposal Practices

The Company is committed to environmentally responsible disposal practices and will make reasonable efforts to recycle or donate items whenever feasible. However, the Company does not guarantee that all materials will be diverted from landfill disposal.

10. Photos & Marketing Use

The Customer grants the Company permission to take photographs or videos of work performed. Such media may be used for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes, provided that no personally identifiable information is disclosed without consent.

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Accidents or equipment failure
  • Labor disputes or shortages
  • Government actions or restrictions

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court where applicable. The Customer agrees to waive any right to participate in class action litigation.

14. Agreement Acceptance

By scheduling, booking, or using the Company’s services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
  • They have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
  • They accept and agree to be legally bound by them
Acceptance may be demonstrated through online booking, written agreement, verbal confirmation, or use of services.
